At Aspen Grove Publishing, we want you to love what you receive. Each product is created with care and intention, and your satisfaction matters to us.

Digital Downloads
All digital products—including eBooks, coloring pages, and printable worksheets—are nonrefundable once purchased, as they are instantly accessible after checkout. Please review product details carefully before completing your order.

Physical Products
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@aspengrovepublishing.com with your order number and reason for return.  You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
